What should I do if the 3-in-1 wireless station does not charge the Apple watch or earbuds?

Please Make sure you’re using a Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 (9V/2A) or a Power Delivery wall charger to power the wireless station.

An input of 9V/2A is required for the 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 wireless charging stations to allow all devices to be charged simultaneously. When using a lower-powered wall charger such as a normal 5V/2A wall charger, it will not work. The right side of the LED indicator will also flash, indicating unsuccessful charging.

If the issue persists, here are some troubleshooting tips that may help you locate and resolve the problem:

For the Apple watch:

Update your Apple watch to the latest OS version.
Unplug and plug the Apple watch charger cable to try again.
Try another QC or PD (9V/2A) wall charger and a different cable.
Remove your watch charger from the wireless station and charge directly from your wall charger.

For earbuds:

Ensure your earbuds case supports wireless charging.
Remove any protective case, if any.
Ensure the Airpods case is centered on the charging pad.
Try another QC or PD (9V/2A) wall charger and a different cable.
