What should I do if the wireless charger does not charge my phone?

The indicator on the wireless charger often flashes when the wireless charger detects a foreign object, such as a metal attachment or an incompatible phone or phone case; additionally, it could also be the power supply has a low voltage. Please refer to the following troubleshooting tips that may help locate and resolve the problem:

Please ensure the device being charged does support wireless charging.
Reboot your phone and then try again.
Charge the phone with its case removed since bulky cases or cases with metal components could interfere with charging.
Try a powerful wall charger (9V/2A) and cable.
Place the phone at the center of the wireless charger if it’s a wireless charging pad.
